ACHKA Spirits Intelligence
This is an AI assistant. By choosing “Agree and send” before your first question, you authorise sending the text to OpenAI to generate a response. The conversation remains in memory while this page stays open, even when you close the panel; you can clear it from the chat. Do not include personal data, health information or trade secrets. The site does not save chat text in its database; the provider may apply its own retention under the contracted terms. Answers may be incorrect and are not offers.
Botanical images
The atlas uses photographs served by Wikimedia. Loading them sends technical connection data from your browser to that provider.
Services and retention
Hosting uses ChatGPT Sites and its Cloudflare infrastructure. Enquiries are saved in a restricted-access site database. We are defining retention periods and reviewing provider agreements and applicable safeguards for international transfers before public launch.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction and, where applicable, portability or withdrawal of consent at spirits@achka.eu. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
