Curate, rather than accumulate
The collection is organised as a conversation about origin, character and purpose. It can begin with a familiar category or a specific search. Each possible expression needs producer and batch documentation. A category’s presence in this book does not amount to a stock offer or a promise of exclusive access.
A distinctive agave calls for more questions
An unfamiliar name is not enough to assess an expression. Plant identification, provenance, harvesting practices and the producer’s work matter. “Wild” does not automatically mean sustainable. For a private or professional selection, understanding these limits is part of the proposal’s value.
Commissions subject to feasibility
Made-to-order production starts with purpose, quantity, destination and timing. Producer feasibility and applicable conditions are then assessed.
