THE BOOK OF HERITAGE · ACHKA
Encounters and knowledge
The book remains open when a conversation begins. With Javier Del Carpio, origin can become an experience designed for your team and adult guests.

Javier, your human point of contact
Javier Del Carpio develops ACHKA as curator, host and commercial relationship lead for European hospitality. His approach connects selection, culture and culinary conversation. Speak directly with him to define a project; Mayahuel, the AI guide, supports exploration but does not replace his judgement or confirm commitments on his behalf.
Designing the encounter
A team tasting can focus on labels and service; a hotel masterclass on origins and methods; a culinary encounter on dialogue with the kitchen. These formats are designed by enquiry. City, language, date, duration and number of adult participants help shape a proposal. The host’s availability is confirmed before any booking.
Learning with time and judgement
Learning continues through the guides and articles: categories, agaves, label reading and questions that support purchasing decisions. An experience can combine context and sensory comparison, with water, spittoons and voluntary participation. Consumption is not required to listen, ask or understand. Let’s design a session that respects both people and product.
